摘要 目的:探讨糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖(FPG)与2型糖尿病患者视网膜病变(DR)的相关性。方法:对我院2010年1月-2012年12月住院或门诊的336例2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者进行眼底检查或眼底血管荧光素造影检测,按有无视网膜病变分为视网膜病变(DR)组和无视网膜病变(NDR)组,并对HbA1c、FBG水平进行检测。结果:DR组较NDR组HbA1c水平高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),HbA1c水平和DR分期呈正相关(r=0.526,P<0.001),而DR组和NDR组FPG水平差异无无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:可将HbA1c作为2型糖尿病患者视网膜病变发生和发展的监测指标之一。 Objective: To investigate the correlation of glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) and fasting plasma glucose (FPG) with type 2 diabetes retinopathy (DR). Methods: 336 inpatient or outpatient patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) from January,2010 to December, 2012 were selected. All patients with fundus examination or fimdus fluorescein angiography testing were divided into retinopathy (DR) group and non-retinopathy (NDR) group according to whether with the retinopathy, and HbA1 c, FBG level were detect- ed. Results: Compared with NDR group, the difference of HbA1c levels in DR group was statistically significant (P〈0.05), HbA1c levels were positively correlated with DR stage (r=0.526, P〈0.001), while the difference of FPG level between DR group and NDR group had no statistical difference significance (P〉0.05). Conclusion: HbA1c can be used as a monitoring indicator in patients with type 2 diabetes who will develop retinopathy.
