单排CT轴位螺旋扫描联合冠状面重组技术对鼻腔鼻窦检查的意义

摘要 目的:研究在单排CT轴位螺旋扫描联合多层面重组技术重建冠状面影像诊断鼻腔疾病,评价其诊断价值和可行性。方法:对2012年1月-2013年3月我院耳鼻咽喉科进行单排CT轴位螺旋扫描的患者,共219例,对这些患者加做冠状位扫描,比较重建后的影像资料与直接冠状位扫描的图像的分辨率情况,并评估重建质量及运用价值。结果:单排CT轴位螺旋扫描后冠状面重组的图像:边界清楚、完整,数据无丢失。利用重组技术后重建的结构清晰、连续,能够真实地反映鼻腔、鼻窦及病变结构的实际情况。但分辨率较直接冠状位平扫的患者稍差。结论:单排CT轴位螺旋扫描后冠状面重组的图像,虽然分辨率不如直接冠状位扫描图像高,但与解剖结构、原图像等相结合仍能分辨出病变情况,基本可以满足诊断要求和临床需要。 Objective: To explore the application of single row helical CT axial scan images combined with the multi-dimensional reconstruction of coronal images recombinant techniques on the diagnosis of nasal, and to evaluate its diagnostic value and feasibility. Methods: 219 cases who were treated in our hospital from January 2012 to March 2013 were selected to take part in the clinical trial. All the patients were conducted a single row of Otolaryngology spiral axial CT scans combined with the coronal scan plane, then the recon- structed image data with direct coronal the resolution of the scanned image were compared and analyzed so as to assess the quality and use of reconstruction value. Results: The images reconstructed by single-row spiral CT scan axial coronal could identify the boundary clearly and completely. The images that reconstructed by recombinant technology could identify the structure clearly and consistently as well as truly reflected the nasal cavity, para nasal sinuses and structural lesions of the actual situation. But the resolution is more direct coronal scan in patients with somewhat less. Conclusion: Although the resolution is not as good as direct coronal scan images by single- row spiral CT scan axial coronal, the combination of the original image can still distinguish lesions which basically meets the diagnostic requirements and clinical needs.
