摘要
随着大型建筑物使用安全的要求不断提高,运营阶段的风险评估变得十分重要。通过采用以故障树分析(FTA)为基础结合工作分解结构(WBS)-风险分解结构(RBS)的风险识别方法,对大型建筑物运营阶段的风险事件、风险因素进行识别,并建立逻辑关系。提出了用修正系数法对风险耦合效应进行量化评估。此方法能够合理全面地完成运营阶段风险识别,为大型建筑物的风险评估和风险管理提供参考。
Risk assessment is critical for large buildings to meet the high requirements of operation safety. In this paper, risk factors and events are identified, and logical relationship is established in use of fault tree analysis method with the combination of the work breakdown structure (WBS) and risk breakdown structures (RBS). A new method based on parameter modification is proposed to quantify the coupled effect among risk factors and events. It is proved that risk identification can be comprehensively achieved by the new method and reference can be provided for risk assessment of building safe operation.
