摘要
结合实际工程案例,讨论了常用的2种大体积底板混凝土施工技术路线的优缺点。补偿收缩混凝土+膨胀加强带的技术路线配制的混凝土性能难以控制,施工工艺复杂,造价高,不建议在厚大的混凝土底板中使用。大掺量矿物掺和料混凝土,特别是大掺量粉煤灰混凝土,水化温升低,强度发展满足要求,可改善结构抗开裂性,简化混凝土生产控制,降低工程成本,适用于大体积混凝土底板。
The merits and demerits for two kinds concrete foundation are discussed combined with of frequently used construction technologies for mass actual project examples. Based on the technology of shrinkage-compensating concrete plus expansive strengthening band, the performance of produced concrete is not easy to control, and its construction process is complex and expansive. It is not recommended to be used for massive concrete foundation. High volume mineral admixture concrete, especially high volume fly ash concrete, shows low temperature rising and satisfactory strength
