There are many security risks in real estate project process, so security technology as the real estate enterprise security system platform for technical support is more and more significant in the process of project security. Through design and development project of security technology system at whole life cycle, authors carry out corresponding technical measures in design, bidding and construction phases of system integration platform to achieve process control, real-time monitoring, information sharing and the project safety security, and the security of construction projects at whole life cycle is achieved.
