摘要
目的 :采用毛细管电泳法测定利巴韦林注射液的含量。方法 :选用缓冲液为Na2 B4O7 H3PO4(pH 6.1) ;运行电压 15kV ,检测波长 2 14nm。选择地塞米松磷酸钠为内标。结果 :利巴韦林浓度在 0 .2~ 1.0mg·mL-1之间线性关系良好 ,r =0 .9997(n =5 ) ,平均回收率为 10 0 .2 % ,RSD为 1.4 % (n =5 )。结论 :该法分离效率高 ,试剂用量少 ,准确 ,简便 ,快速。
OBJECTIVE:High performance capillary electrophoresis (HPCE) was used for the determination of ribavirin in injection.METHODS:A buffer solution containing 20 mmol·L -1 disodium tetraborate and phosphoric acid (pH 6.1 ) was used.The applied voltage was 15 kV and UV detection wavelength was 214 nm,dexamethasone sodium phosphate was selected as internal standard.RESULTS:For ribavirin the linear range was 0.2 ~ 1.0 mg·ml -1 , r = 0.9997 ( n =5).The average recovery was 100.2% with RSD = 1.4% ( n =5).CONCLUSIONS:The results demonstrated the method is highly effective,less solvent consumption,simple,rapid and accurate.
