摘要
目的 :测定青岛产冬虫夏草与山西产亚香棒虫草中多糖的含量。方法 :硫酸 蒽酮比色法于波长 ( 62 4± 1)nm处测定吸收度。结果 :冬虫夏草多糖含量为 3 .5 % (n =5 ) ,平均加样回收率为 99.2 % ,RSD =2 .3 % ;亚香棒虫草多糖含量为 0 .7% (n=5 ) ,平均加样回收率为 10 1.3 % ,RSD =1.7%。结论 :硫酸 蒽酮法测定虫草中多糖 ,方法操作简便 ,准确 ,稳定性好 ;亚香棒虫草中多糖含量低于冬虫夏草中多糖含量 ,从此方面讲亚香棒虫草不能代替冬虫夏草。
OBJECTIVE:To determine the contents of polysaccharide in Cordyceps and Cordyceps hawkesii Gary .METHODS:The contents were determined by sulfuric acid anthrone colorimetric method at (624±1)nm.RESULTS:The contents of polysaccharide were 3.5% and 0.7% in Cordyceps and Cordyceps hawkesii Gary ;the average recoveries and RSD were 99.2% , 2.3% and 101.3% , 1.7% .CONCLUSIONS:The method was simple,steady,accurate,and reproducible.The content of polysaccharide in Cordyceps was higher than in Cordyceps hawkesii Gary .The Cordyceps hawkesii Gary cann't replace the Cordyceps from this aspect.
