高效液相色谱法测定松龄血脉康胶囊中葛根素的含量

HPLC determination of puerarin in Songlin Xiemaikang capsules

目的 :建立HPLC法测定松龄血脉康胶囊中葛根素的含量。方法 :以Ultrasphere ODS( 4 .6mm× 2 5 0mm ,5 μm)色谱柱为分离柱 ,流动相 :甲醇 水 ( 2 5∶75 ) ,检测波长 2 4 5nm。结果 :葛根素在 0 .5 3 4～ 10 .68μg·ml-1范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。日内及日间差均小于 3 % ,平均回收率为 98.92 %。结论 :本法简便、准确、可靠。

OBJECTIVE:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of puerarin in Songlin Xiemaikang capsules.METHODS:The HPLC system consisted of ultrasphere ODS column,methanol water(25∶75) mixture as mobile phase,with detection at 245 nm.RESULTS:The calibration curve of puerarin was linear winthin the concentration range of 0.534 ～ 10.68 μg·ml -1 .The relative standard deviation for within day and between days assays were all less than 3%.The relative recovery of the method were 98.9% .CONCLUSIONS:This method is suitable for quality control.
