摘要
目的 采用体外培养方式 ,探讨日本血吸虫未成熟卵可溶性抗原 (SIEA )免疫血清的抗卵胚胎发育作用。方法 从日本血吸虫小鼠肝脏无菌分离提取虫卵 ,转入 RPMI- 16 40培养基中 ,对照组与试验组分别加入正常鼠血清和 SIEA免疫血清。试验 1:培养虫卵 30 d;试验 2 :培养虫卵 14d。观察统计各期虫卵比较。结果 在试验 1中 ,SIEA免疫血清组成熟卵比例与对照组比较 ,下降 2 2 .5 % ,初产卵、胚胎卵和死亡卵比例均高于对照组。在试验 2中 ,SIEA免疫血清组成熟卵比例下降 14.7% ,胚胎卵比例上升 2 4.4%。结论 体外培养系统中 SIEA免疫血清具有抗日本血吸虫卵胚胎发育的作用。
Objective Study the anti embryonation of Schistosoma japonicum eggs by soluble immature egg antigen (SIEA) immunized serum in vitro.Methods Eggs were collected from livers of schistosomiasis mice,transfered into medium RPMI 1640,adding normal mice serum or anti SIEA serum in control group and immune group,respectively.Eggs were cultivated for 30 days in test 1,cultivated for 14 days in test 2.Results In test 1,by comparing with control group,the percentage of mature eggs in immune group of anti SIEA serum was obviously decreased by 22.5%.The percentage of primary eggs,embryonic eggs and dead eggs were all higher in immune group than those in control group.In test 2,percentage of mature eggs dropped 14.7%,but percentage of embryonic eggs increased by 24.4% in immune group.Conclusions The result indicated that anti SIEA serum can inhibit the embryonic development of Schistosoma japonicum immature eggs in vitro.
