摘要
在盾构隧道建设中,钢模和管片的生产质量是确保隧道质量的一个重要组成部分。随着工程质量的不断提高,钢模和管片的精度要求也不断提高。而目前的传统检测方法因存在着显著的缺陷而无法有效指导修理钢模的工作与预测管片拼装的质量,所以必须采用新的检测技术。本文以此为背景,介绍了该技术的原理、系统组成、测量方法及其在生产中的应用,并可对多次的检测数据做统计分析,证实该技术具有诸多优点,可以满足检测需求,为同行业的从业者提供一些参考。
The quality of mould and segment is very important in tunnel construction. With the continuous improvement of the quality of tunnel engineering project, the accuracy requirements of the mould and segment is also more strict. The traditional measurement methods due to the presence of defects cannot be applied effectively to guide the quality of the repair work and to make prediction for segment assembling, it is necessary to adopt a new detection technology. The three-dimensional detection technology can meet this demand. This paper introduces the principle of the technique, composition and methods of the detection system, and takes statistical analysis about the measuring data. It can provide some references to the same industry practitioners.
