B细胞亚群与牛白血病发生的关系 被引量:3

Relationship between B Lymphocyte Subgroup and Enzootic Bovine Leukosis

摘要 对 8头流行性白血病病牛 ,用 8种单克隆抗体 ( Mc Ab) ,经过免疫组织化学 ABC法和免疫荧光流式细胞检测法 ,观察了其免疫病理组织学变化和外周血及肿瘤组织的 B细胞亚群变化。结果 7例病牛的Bo CD5、Bo CD1 1 b和 s Ig M为阳性反应 ,表明肿瘤细胞来源于 B1 a细胞 ;1例病牛的 Bo CD1 1 b和 s Ig M呈阳性反应 ,而 Bo CD5则呈阴性反应 ,说明该肿瘤细胞来源于 B1 b细胞。另外 ,在免疫组织化学染色的肿瘤组织切片上在浸润的淋巴细胞中不仅见有较多的 CD3和 CD5阳性细胞 ,而且也见有较多的 CD3和 CD5阳性肿瘤细胞。表明流行性牛白血病的肿瘤细胞主要来源于 B1 a细胞 。 Immunohistopathological changes and B lymphocyte subgroup of periphery blood and tumor tissuse were investigated by eight monoclonal antibodies (McAb) and flow cytometry in eight sufferers from enzootic bovine leukosis (EBL). The results showed that seven of them have positive reaction of BoCD5, BoCD11b and sIgM indicating that the tumor cells originate from B1a cells. Only one of them has positive reaction of BoCD11b and sIgM, but negative of BoCD5 indicating its origin of B1b cells. In addition, there were a lot of CD3 + and CD5 + of lymphocytes and tumor cells in the sections stained by MM1A and CACT105A. It is suggested that the tumor cells in EBL mainly originate from B1a cell, and the other lymphocytes can also be mutated to tumor cell in EBL.
