肝水解肽注射液致过敏性休克1例分析

Case Analysis of Anaphylactic Shock Induced by Heparolysate Injection

报道分析1例女性乳腺癌患者静脉滴注肝水解肽注射液后突然出现过敏性休克的病例,检索国内文献曾发生过类似的报道。提示肝水解肽注射液可致严重的过敏反应,临床应加以监测。

It was reported that a case of female patient with breast cancer got anaphylactic shock after receiving intravenous drip of heparolysate injection. The information retrieving showed that there were similar reports in domestic literatures. It was reminded that heparolysate injection can cause serious allergic reactions and attention should be paid to monitoring in clinical practice.
