摘要
针对某发电厂冬季循环水系统运行中出现的问题,阐述了300 MW供热机组循环水系统的组成及作用,分析了循环水入口温度对主机真空的影响,提出采取弹簧蓄能快速关闭调节装置与挡风板双向调整等冬季节能优化运行措施,解决了循环水系统耗电量大的问题。实施此节能措施后节约大量的综合厂用电,对机组经济运行起了重要的作用。
According to the winter operation problem of circulating water system in a power plant,this paper expounded the composition and the function of circulating water system in 300 MW heating unit,analyzed the influence of circulating water’s inlet temperature on host vacuum,proposed the energy-saving optimization measures in winter which was applying quick closing-adjusting device of spring energy storage and bidirectional adjustment of wind shield,as well as solved the problem of large power consumption of circulating water system. After the implementation of the energy-saving measures,it can save large integrated auxiliary power,which plays a key role in the economic operation of the unit.
