摘要
简述了海洋浪花飞溅区腐蚀规律、海上风电钢桩基础腐蚀状况以及复层矿脂包覆系统的防腐性能,介绍了PTC包覆技术在江苏龙源海上风电场潮间带的应用。解决了应用中大尺寸保护罩的紧固工艺、结构异形位置固定修补等材料和施工技术难题。并得出结论:PTC复层矿脂包覆防腐具有施工方便、基材处理要求低、可带水作业等优点,在腐蚀严重的浪花飞溅区、海生物生长严重的潮差区防腐效果优异,是解决海上风电结构海洋浪花飞溅区、潮差区防腐的有效途径。
In this paper, the corrosion law of splash zone and the corrosion condition of steel Ibundation in offshore wind farm and the anticorrosion performance of Petrolatum Tape and Covering（PTC） system were briefly introduced. PTC application in Jiangsu Longyuan intertidal offshore wind farm was discussed. The successful application solved some problems in fastening technology for large size protection cover, special position fixing repair materials and construction technology. The results showed PTC system had the advantages of easy construction, lower requirements of substrate treatment, and feasible operation with water, excellent anticorrosion property in splash zone where corrosion is serious and tidal zone where sea creatures grow densely. PTC system was an effective way to solve the splash zone and intertidal zone corrosion.
