摘要
采用等体积浸渍法制备了CuY和CuX分子筛吸附剂,在固定床中考察了分子筛吸附剂种类、吸附温度、原料空速和再生次数对脱除液化石油气中的二甲基二硫醚效果的影响。实验结果表明,CuY和CuX分子筛吸附剂保持了原有的骨架结构;CuY分子筛吸附剂可作为脱除液化石油气中二甲基二硫醚的吸附剂;在温度为25℃,压力为0.6 MPa,空速为1 h-1时,CuY分子筛吸附剂的穿透硫容为1.02%;吸附剂具有较好的再生性能。
CuY and CuX zeolite adsorbents are prepared by incipient impregnation. The effect of zeolite adsorbents type, adsorbent temperature, feedstock LHSV and regeneration frequencies on the result of the removal of dimetbyl disulfide from LPG are investigated in a fixde-hed reactor. The results show that CuY and CuX zeolite adsorbents maintain the original skeleton construction. CuY zeolite adsorbent can be used to remove the dimethyl disulfide from LPG. The breakthrough of sulfur capacity for CuY zeolite adsorbent is 1.02% under conditions of 25℃ ,0. 6 MPa and 1 h- i of LHSV. The adsorbent shows good regeneration performance.
