滨南油田防乳化体系降低注汽压力实验研究

摘要 针对滨南油田蒸汽吞吐开发过程中,高pH值冷凝水易与原油乳化形成高黏度W/O乳状液,从而导致注蒸汽压力过高的问题,研究了使用有机酸体系防止原油乳化以降低注汽压力的可行性。研究表明,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺对有机酸BA的溶解性最好,且对原油有良好的降黏效果,确定了浓度60%的BA的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺溶液作为防乳化体系。该体系可将乳状液的最高含水率从70%降至20%。现场实验表明,该配方有较好的降低注汽压力的效果。 Aiming at the problem of high steam injection pressure resulted from W/O emulsion by condensate water and crude oil during cyclic steam stimulation, feasibility of reducing injection pressure by organic acid system was studied. Results showed that to BA, dimethylformamide had the best solution, and it had good effect of reduc- ing viscosity to crude oil. Dimethylfo^mmide solution of 60% BA was determined as the anti-emulsification sys- tem. It could reduce the highest moisture content from 70% to 20%. Field application showed that it had good effect of reducing injection pressure.
