摘要
设置沥青功能层的半刚性基层水泥混凝土路面是一种新型复合式路面结构。利用ANSYS建立路面结构的三维数值模型,分析水泥路面传力杆不同参数(长度、间距、直径)对接缝两端弯沉差的影响,同时对不同传力杆组合设计参数进行优化分析,得到了设置沥青功能层的水泥混凝土路面传力杆尺寸和间距。计算结果可为设置沥青功能层的水泥混凝土路面结构设计提供理论依据。
The semi-rigid base cement concrete pavement with asphalt function layer is a new composite pavement structure. Three-dimensional model of pavement structure was set up in ANSYS, then influence of dowel bar parameters (length, spacing, diameter) on deflection difference between joint was analyzed, meanwhile optimiza- tion analysis was carried out with different combined dowel bar parameters, size and spacing of dowel bar in the ce- ment concrete pavement with asphalt function layer were obtained. The calculated results can be used to provide theory basis for structural design of concrete pavement with asphalt function layer.
