摘要
对油雾润滑技术应用几个可靠性关联问题、油雾润滑技术的环保性和运行安全性问题作了分析描述,结合该技术在中国应用10年的经验,概括出油雾润滑应用的4R准则。鉴于该技术具备合理润滑的特性,又具有可观的润滑经济,以此为引导,促使我们在思维上对传统理念束缚有更大突破,更快、更多、更好地接受先进技术。
In conjunction with the ten-year experience of the application of oil mist lubrication technology in China,this paper analyzes and describes several reliability related issues,environmental protection of oil mist lubrication technology and operational safety issues in the application process of oil mist lubrication technology.It sums up 4Rguidelines of oil mist lubrication applications.In view of the facts that the technology has reasonable lubrication characteristics and it also has considerable lubrication economy,there are more breakthroughs in the bondage of traditional concepts and advanced technology can be accepted faster and better.
