液膜润滑非接触式密封在胶乳泵上的开发应用

DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION OF LIQUID-LUBRICATION NON-CONTACTING SEALS IN SBR PUMPS

针对国内外胶乳泵用盘根密封及接触式机械密封存在的问题,提出采用新型液膜润滑非接触式密封。介绍了液膜密封的工作原理及基本结构,并进行了工业应用。结果表明,新型液膜密封不仅彻底解决胶乳泵密封泄漏严重、使用寿命短、能耗高的问题,而且降低了维修维护成本。

Aiming at the problems existing in packing seals and mechanical seals used on SBR pumps at home and abroad,this paper presents the adoption of new liquid-lubrication non-contacting seals.It introduces the working principles and basic structure of liquid-lubrication seals and the industrial application of such seals.The results from the application indicate that new liquid-lubrication non-contacting seals can not only thoroughly solve the problems of serious leakage of SBR pump seals,short service life and high power consumption,but also reduce the maintenance cost.
