高含硫气田集气站火炬放空系统国产化

摘要 分析高含硫气田集气站进口火炬放空系统发生的46次故障,将故障原因分为5类:绝缘老化、点火棒破损、错位、杂质堵塞及离子火焰检测误报,结合现场实际情况,对普光气田6座集气站火炬放空系统更换国产点火棒及相关设备,改造后年故障降低至12次,大大减少了故障发生次数,确保了气田平稳运行。 This paper analyzes the 46 failures of the flaring system for gas gathering station in high-sulfur gas field, and divides the causes of the failures into five categories including insulation aging,ignition rod breakage,dislocation, clogging impurities and flame ionization detection false positives.Combined with the actual situations,the ignition rods and related equipment of the flaring systems for six gas gathering stations in Puguang Gas Field were replaced with domestic products.After the modification,annual number of failures was reduced to 12,greatly reducing the number of failures and ensuring the smooth operation of the gas field.
