摘要
大港石化分公司常减压蒸馏装置2004年改造后常压加工能力达到500万t/a,减压处理能力325万t/a,目前已运行7年,但存在填料腐蚀、塔顶真空度较低、过汽化段结焦等问题.2012年6月对减压塔系统进行了深拔技术改造,改造后减压塔各侧线切割清晰；减压拔出率也由51％ ～ 52％提高至61％～63％.
The CDU/VDU at Dagang Petrochemical Company had crude distillation capacity of 5.0Mt/a and vacuum distillation capacity of 3.25Mt/a after the modification in 2004.After 7 years' operation,there were some problems including packing corrosion,low vacuum of overhead and coking in over evaporation section.In June 2012,the vacuum tower was revamped.The side-draw could be clearly cut and the total draw was improved from 51%~52%to 61%~63%,achieving good results.
