摘要
介绍了镇海炼化Ⅰ套气体分馏装置丙烷压缩机的机组参数,针对密封系统在实际运行中存在的密封油粘度下降和闪点不合格等情况,深入分析造成此情况的原因。通过对机组原浮环密封系统进行双端面干气密封改造,根本上解决密封油系统存在的问题,大大提高了机组的安全性能,减少了机组的维护操作费用,从而实现丙烷压缩机安全平稳运行。
This article introduces the parameters of propane compressor unit in the gas fractionation unit I at SINOPEC Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company,and analyzes in detail the reasons for the declined viscosity of seal oil and the off-spec flash point of the sealing system in actual operation.By replacing the floating ring seal with double-end dry gas seal,the problems in seal oil system are solved, thus greatly improving the safety performance of the compressor unit,reducing the maintenance and operation cost, and realizing the safe and stable operation of the propane compressor.
