摘要
EPC项目是对项目质量管理水平最好的检验,质量保证与质量控制相结合的方法,既是一个有针对性提高组织管理水平的方法,也是一个可以真正提高项目质量管理的方法,通过项目的实践和探索,证明采用这种质量管理方式的效果很好,这个质量管理的方法不再是单纯的管、卡、压,取而代之的是更高效的项目质量管理体系,项目质量保证水平的提高是最具有意义的。如果要想真正的做好质量管理工作,就是应该从质量控制工作着手,从质量保证的层面去认知,将项目的质量管理工作当成一个系统工程,笔者着重介绍此方法的使用经验。
EPC project is the best test for project quality management level.The combination of quality assurance and quality control can not only improve the organization and management level,but also improve the project quality management level.Practices in numerous projects prove that this quality management method can achieve good results.It replaces traditional management method with more efficient project quality management system.The improved project quality assurance level is of the greatest significance.To improve the quality management level,we should start with quality control and from quality assurance level,and regard project quality management as a systematical project.This article introduces the experiences in the application of this method
