浅谈运营管理标准体系建立的几个阶段

MAIN STAGES IN THE SETUP OF OPERATION MANAGEMENT STANDARD SYSTEM

近年来在工程建设领域,各企业都逐步开展了管理标准化、制度化的工作,并借助计算机办公系统将制度信息化,极大的提高了管理效益和执行力。简要介绍了企业运营管理标准体系建立的几个关键原则;标准编制的几个主要步骤;在标准实施阶段需要重点开展的几项活动,以达到全员覆盖的要求。并说明了借助信息技术手段将运营管理标准体系信息化的重要意义,以及标准的信息化模块应该涵盖的主要內容。

Enterprise management standardization and institutionalization have been carried out by engineering construction companies in recent years,and enterprise management efficiency and execution have been improved greatly by system informationization with the help of computers.This paper briefly introduces several key principles for establishing enterprise operation management standard system, several main steps of developing the standards and some activities to be focused in standard implementation stage,so as to achieve the requirement of staff coverage.Also this paper briefly explains the significance of operation management standard system informationization with information technology and the items included in standard informationbased module.
