中国专业运动员个体中心网络结构特征研究

Research on Individual Networks Structures and Characteristics for China Professional Athletes

中国专业运动员的社会网络具有自身的特殊性,主要从4个子网络(社会讨论网、社会支持网、成就取得网、就业支持网)构建运动员社会网络。利用2012年对陕西省丈八集训基地144名专业运动员进行的调查数据,研究发现:运动员愿意更多讨论运动员自身利益、生计等问题,而较少与人沟通婚恋等个人隐私问题;运动员社会交往支持规模最大,而实际支持最小;运动员成就的取得与同行(包括队内管理人员、队友)密切相关;运动员社会交往面较窄,交往的人群拥有的社会资源相对匮乏,再就业时主要靠家人和亲属的帮助;运动员的社会网络表现出明显的"强关系"倾向。

The social networks of Professional athletes claim its characteristics. This paper establishes the professional ath- letes＇ social networks from 4 sub -networks： social discussion networks, social support networks, achievement networks, and employment support networks. Using the survey data of 144 professional athletes in Zhang Ba training center of Shaanxi prov- ince in 2012, the results show ： the athletes would like to discuss the problems like self - interests and livelihoods more than that of individual privacy like love and marriage;The scale of athletes＇ social communication support is the largest on their part, while the scale of athletes practical support is the smallest;The achievements of athletes are closely related to the per- sons of the same trade（ such as the administrators of the training center, the teammates） ;The athletes＇social communication is narrow, and the persons who communicated with athletes have deficient social resources, so the athletes reemployments de- pend on their families. The social networks of athletes display a clear tendency of ＂strong ties＂.
