摘要
简述了内腔倍频 5 32nm环形激光器的原理。根据实验要求 ,采用Nd∶YVO4和KTP作为激光晶体和倍频晶体 ,设计了可调谐的环形腔倍频激光器。实验结果表明 ,所设计的激光器最大可输出 2mW的单纵模绿光 ,绿光可调谐范围 2 0GHz ,满足设计要求。
A detail description of LD pumped intracavity-doubling ring laser is presented. The ring laser is pumped by an 808 nm LD which has a fiber-tail with maxim output of 810 mW. Using YVO 4 and KTP as the laser crystal and doubling crystal, a maxim of 2 mW 532 nm TEM 00 mode green laser is achieved. Laser frequency can be tuned about 12 GHz by moving one of the cavity mirror with PZT.
