摘要
选用60 头平均体重21-73kg 的大白纯种阉猪,采用单因素回归设计法研究了盐霉素对20~60kg 生长猪生产性能的影响。试验共设5 个组,基础日粮中盐霉素的添加水平分别为0 、25 、50 、75 和100mg/kg,每组设6 个重复。试验分前、后二期,前期23d,后期26d 。结果表明,随饲粮盐霉素添加量的增加,生长猪在20 ~40kg 阶段和20 ~60kg 阶段的平均日增重、采食量、饲料利用率、生产成本( 单位增重的饲料成本) 及40 ~60kg 阶段的平均日增重均呈显著的二次曲线变化。在20~40kg 阶段,当盐霉素添加量分别为50 、58 和52mg/kg 时,猪的日增重和饲料利用率最高(分别为769g/d 和1-98 % ),生产成本最低( 为4-237 元/kg 增重) ;在40 ~60kg 阶段,当盐霉素添加量为41mg/kg 时,猪的日增重达到最大(831g/d) ;在20~60kg 阶段,当盐霉素添加量分别为45 、49 和47mg/kg 时,猪的日增重、饲料利用率最高,而生产成本达到最佳,分别为801g/d 、2-33 和4-791 元/kg 增重。综合生产性能与生产成本,推荐20 ~40kg、40 ~60kg 及20
Sixty Large White castrated pigs with average bodyweight of 21 73kg were used to study the effect of salinomycin (SM) made in China on the performance of 20~60kg growing pigs by one factor regression design. The trial included 5 treatments with SM addition in basal diet of 0, 25, 50, 75 and 100mg/kg. Each treatment had 6 replicates. The durition of the trial was 23 days for the first stage and 26 days for the second stage. The average daily gain (ADG), daily feed intake (ADFI), feed conversion rate (FCR) and feed cost (FC) per kg gain of bodyweight responded quadratically as the level of SM increased. During the 20~40kg stage, ADG and FCR were maximized, and FC minimized, reaching 769g/d, 1 98% and 4 237 yuan RMB/kg gain when SM were 50, 58 and 52mg/kg respectively. ADG of 40~60kg pigs reached maximum level of 831g/d when SM was 41mg/kg. For the whole stage (20~60kg), ADG, FCR and FC were optimized when SM were 45, 49 and 47mg/kg respectively, reaching 801g/d, 2 33 and 4 791 yuan RMB. It is recommended the optimum addition level in the diet be 55, 40 and 50mg/kg for pigs of 20~40, 40~60 and 20~60kg bodyweight respectively on the basis of pig performance and the easy application in practice.
