Research on Cultivated Land Dynamic Equilibrium Amount in Pixian County

郫县是成都平原经济较为发达的地区之一，在社会经济快速发展的同时，如何保护耕地并实现其县域内耕地总量动态平衡是耕地保护工作中一个值得关注的问题。本文根据郫县耕地利用现状及变化趋势，讨论了其实现耕地总量动态平衡的战略意义、指导思想和原则，对其必要性、可行性和实现的具体途径、方法进行了详细分析，提出了实现县域内耕地总量动态平衡的一系列对策和措施，以期有利于指导全县的耕地保护工作。

Pixian county is one of the regions which are more flouring in Chengdu Plain. The problem in cultivated land protecting is how to protect the cultivated land and realize the Dynamic Equilibrium Amount in the county , which is deserved to pay attention to. Based on the cultivated land use current situation and its mutative trend, the paper firstly discusses the strategic significance and the golden rule of realizing the dynamic equilibrium. Secondly it analyzes the essentiality, the feasibility and the specific way in detail. At last it provides series of measures for realizing the Cultivated Land Dynamic Equilibrium Amount in the county, which are favorable for guiding the cultivated land protecting.
