摘要
在 2 5℃的恒温条件下 ,将冬小麦 4 185的种子用不同浓度的KT ,GA3和ZEN水溶液浸种18h ,然后用蒸馏水冲洗放于 10℃的连续光照 (150 0lx)培养箱中进行不同程度的春化处理 (0~ 2 0d)。之后将幼苗分成两部分 ,一部分移栽于温室内的花盆 ,另一部分移栽于网室的微区 ,分别调查分蘖株率、主茎总叶数、抽穗时间和幼穗分化时期。结果表明 ,对于春化比较充分的小麦植株 ,KT可以进一步提高其抽穗株率 ,对于春化不充分的小麦植株 ,KT可以代替部分低温使其通过春化阶段 ;在某种环境条件下 ,GA3和ZEN也能提高春化比较充分的小麦植株的抽穗率 ;
Seeds of winter wheat var. 4185 were soaked in water solution of KT (0,5,20,50, 100 mg/kg), GA 3 (0,5,20, 80 mg/kg) and ZEN (0,2,6,18 mg/kg) for 18 h at 25℃.After being washed with distilled water, the soaked seeds were put on moist vermiculite media to be vernalized for 0-20 d at 10℃ under continuous inflorescent light of 1500 lx. Vernalized seedlings were divided into two parts and then cultivated in and outside a greenhouse respectively. The tillering rate, heading date and total number of leaves on the main stem were recorded. Results showed that KT could not only raise the heading rate of enough vernalized plants but also replace partial cold treatment to make the unenough vernalized plants pass vernalization period. Under certain environmental condition, GA 3 and ZEN could also raise the heading rate of plants. Interactions among the three hormones were similarly influenced by environmental conditions in and outside the greenhouse and the number of days for vernalization.
