摘要
内循环 (InternalCirculation)厌氧反应器是一种具有容积负荷高、占地少、投资省等突出优点的新型厌氧生物反应器。作者以葡萄糖配水为水样进行了小试试验 ,探索了内循环厌氧反应器的启动规律。试验结果表明 :1 当反应器的容积负荷达到 6kgCOD·m-3d-1时 ,能够形成不连续内循环 ,随着容积负荷的提高 ,循环之间的间隔越来越短 ,然后为零 ,此时容积负荷约为 15kgCOD·m-3d-1;2 当进水溶解性COD为 80 0 0~ 110 0 0mg·L-1时 ,出水溶解性COD为 4 80~ 160 0mg·L-1,水力停留时间约为 5 4h ,容积负荷达到 31 4~ 4 5 0kgCOD·m-3d-1,内循环良好。
Internal circulation anaerobic reactor is a new high rate anaerobic reactor with some outstanding characteristics,such as high efficiency,space saving and low cost,etc.The writers studied the start up and running of the reactor with bench scale test.The experimental results showed that:1.The discontinued internal circulation was formed when the volumetric loading reached 6?kgCOD·m -3 d -1 and with the raising of volumetric loading the intervals between circulations became shorter and shorter,then to zero,at that time the volumetric loading was about 15 kgCOD·m -3 d -1 ;2.When the influent dissolved COD was 8?000~11?000?mg·L -1 ,the effluent dissolved COD was 480~1?600 mg·L -1 with hydraulic retention time 5.4 h and the volumetric loading 31.4~45.0 kgCOD·m -3 d -1 Internal circulation well performed
