由文献 [1,2 ]提供的催化剂 ,对氢化工艺条件进行了研究 ,找出了大豆油氢化时亚麻酸与亚油酸选择性指数SⅡ 和SⅠ 与氢化工艺条件 (氢化温度、氢气压力、催化剂浓度等 )

Using the catalyst of literature,tits technological condition of hydrogenation was studied and the quantitative relationship among selective index of linolenats(S Ⅱ) and linoleats (S Ⅰ) on hydrogenation of soybean oil and technological condition of hydrogenation(hydrogenating temperature,hydrogen pressure,catalyst concentration) was established.
