肾络通对梗阻性肾病模型大鼠Ang Ⅱ ACE表达的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察肾络通对梗阻性肾病模型大鼠的影响,为临床应用肾络通提供实验依据。方法:健康雌性SD大鼠40只,随机分为假手术组(SHAM)、模型组(UUO)、缬沙坦治疗组(UUOV)、肾络通治疗组(UUOS),每组10只。观察各组动物病理形态改变;检测AngⅡ、ACE的表达。结果:肾络通可减轻大鼠肾脏病理形态学的改变;降低AngⅡ、ACE的表达。结论:肾络通可有效减缓肾脏病理损伤,保护肾功能。 Objective: To observe the effects of Shenluotong on obstructive nephropathy rats, to provide experimental basis for clinical application of shenluotong. Motheds: 40 healthy female SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group (SHAM), model group (UUO), valsartan group (UUOV), Shen!uotong therapy group (UUOS), 10 rats in each group. Observing the pathological changes of each animal ; 24 hours quantitative urinary protein ; detection of Ang II and ACE. Results : Shenluotong could reduce renal pathological changes in rats ; could reduce Ang II ; ACE expression. Conclusion: Shenluotong can effectively reduce the pathological injury of kidney, and can protect renal function.
