运用泻南补北结合快针通督刺法治疗腰椎间盘突出症61例

61 Cases of Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Treated by “Purging Heart Fire to Nourish Renal Water” Combined with Fast Acupuncture of Poking Governor Meridian

目的:观察"泻南补北"结合快针通督刺法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:对符合条件的61例腰椎间盘突出症患者施以"泻南补北"结合快针通督刺法治疗,隔日1次,10次为1疗程,3个疗程后评估临床疗效。结果:与治疗前比较,腰腿痛、连续步行时间、直腿抬高试验等症状和体征改善显著,治愈28例,有效25例,无效8例,总有效率为86.9%。结论:本法疗效显著、操作规范、安全性好,为针刺治疗腰间盘突出提供了新的方法。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of ＂purging heart fire to nourish renal water＂ combined with fast acu- puncture of poking governor meridian on treating prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods： The authors applied the acu- puncture manipulation of ＂purging heart fire to nourish renal water＂ combined with fast acupuncture of poking governor meridian on the 61 cases of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc every other day, giving three courses of treatment to the patients with ten days as one course of treatment. After that, the clinical effects were evaluated. Results： Compared the symptoms and signs such as the pain degree, walking time, straight leg raising test with that of the previous, 28 cases of the patients were cured, 25 cases was effective and 8 cases was ineffective with the total effective rate was 86. 9%. Conclusion： The acupuncture manipulation of ＂purging heart fire to nourish renal water＂ combined with fast acupuncture of poking governor meridian on the prolapse of lumbar interverte- bral disc is effective and safe, which offers a new method for the prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc by acupuncture.
