鸦胆子油乳联合艾迪注射液配合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Combination of Bruceolic Oil Emulsion, Aidi Injection and Chemotherapy in Treating Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的:观察鸦胆子油乳联合艾迪注射液配合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法:将非小细胞肺癌患者70例按照随机数字表法分为2组各35例,2组均接受化疗方案,治疗组在化疗前2天给予鸦胆子油乳注射液以及艾迪注射液治疗。化疗期间检查患者肝肾功能、心电图,观察病情的变化、临床疗效及不良反应。评估临床疗效。结果:化疗有效率治疗组为57.1%,对照组为45.7%,2组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。2组中位生存期、1年生存率比较,差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05)。生活质量改善率治疗组为80.0%,对照组为45.7%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。2组间的白细胞减少、血红蛋白减少、血小板减少、恶心呕吐的发生率比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:鸦胆子油乳联合艾迪注射液配合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌,可以降低毒副作用,提高患者生活质量。

Objective： To explore the efficacy and side effects of the combination of bruceolic oil emulsion, Aidi injection and chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods： Seventy cases of non-cell lung cancer were equally randomized into observation group and control group. Both groups received chemotherapy, and the observation group was injected with bruceolic oil emulsion and Aidi injection additionally 2 days before chemotherapy. During the chemotherapy, we monitored hepatic and renal function, electrocardiogram, and ness state to evaluate the efficacy and safety. Results： The effective rate was 57.1% in the observation group and was 45.7% in the control group, the difference being significant（P 〉 0.05）. The rate for improving quality of life was 80.0% in observation group and was 45.7% in the control group, the difference being significant （P 〈 0.05）. The differences of median survival and one-year survival rate were insignificant between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. The incidences of nausea and vomiting, and the decrease of white blood cells, hemoglobin and platelets in the observation group were less than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The combination of bruceolic oil emulsion, A idi injection and chemotherapy is effective and safe in the treatment of advanced non-small cel lung cancer by reducing the toxic and side effects, and by improving the quality of life.
