深II°烧伤创面临床治疗的疗效观察

Efficacy observation of deepII° burned wounds

目的 比较单用磺胺嘧啶银、单用湿润烧伤膏、汇涵术泰联合湿润烧伤膏在治疗深II°烧伤创面时的疗效.方法 选择我院72例成人深II°烧伤患者,面积在15%~40%之间,随机分为治疗组、观察组及对照组各24例,治疗组选择汇涵术泰联合湿润烧伤膏治疗,观察组单用湿润烧伤膏,对照组单用磺胺嘧啶银,比较3组的创面愈合时间、止痛效果、创面感染情况及创区愈合后瘢痕形成情况.结果 治疗组的创面愈合时间较观察组和对照组少（P〈0.05）,治疗组及观察组的创区止痛效果优于对照组（P〈0.05）,对照组创区瘢痕形成率较治疗组高（P〈0.05）,治疗组的细菌感染率低于观察组（P〈0.05）.结论 汇涵术泰联合湿润烧伤膏治疗深II°烧伤创面优于单用湿润烧伤膏或磺胺嘧啶银.

Objective To compare the curative effect of Moisture Burn Ointment （MEBO） combined with Huihanshutai therapy and MEBO therapy, silver sulfadiazine（SD-Ag） therapy in treating deep II° burned wounds. Methods 72 adult deep II° burned patients whose burned area between 15% -40%, were randomly divided into the treatment group, the observation group and the control group of 24 peoples. The treatment group was treated with Huihanshutai and MEBO, the observation group was treated with MEBO alonely, the control group was treated with sulfa -Ag. Wound healing time, the analgesic effect, wound in- fection, scar formation rate after healing were compared. Results The wound healing time of the treatment group was less than the observation group and the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the analgesic effect of the treatment group and the observation group were better than the control group （p 〈 0.05 ）, the scar formation rate of the control group was more than the treatment group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the bacterial infection of the treatment group was lower than the observation group （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion MEBO Combined with Huihanshutai in the treatment of deep II°burned wounds might better than the single use of MEBO or silver sulfadiazine
