摘要
目的探讨藏族人群饮食习惯对血脂水平的影响。方法调查20岁以上居住在四川阿坝藏区的不同饮食习惯的藏族与汉族人群的血脂情况,分析其特征和差异。结果藏族组TC、TG、HDL-C水平均显著低于汉族组,低HDL-C患病率显著高于汉族组(P<0.05),两组LDL-C水平、高TC血症、高TG血症、LDL-C血症患病率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论四川阿坝藏区草地牧民的饮食习惯对血脂水平有一定的影响。
Objective To investigate the influence of Tibetan diet on serum lipid levels. Methods The data of Tibetan and Han population with different eating habits over 20 years old living in Sichuan Aba were analysed. Results Tibetan groups TC, TG, HDL-C levels were significantly lower than Han group, low prevalence rate of HDL-C was significantly higher than that of Han group ( P 〈 0.05 ), LDL-C, high TC, high TG, LDL-C levels of two groups were not statistically significant difference ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclu- sion Sichuan Aba Tibetan Grassland herdsmen eating habits might have a certain influence on the level of blood lipids.
