阿德福韦酯联合灵芝胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床研究

The clinical study of adefovir dipivoxil combined with glossy ganoderma capsule in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B

目的 观察阿德福韦酯联合灵芝胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效.方法 2009年1月~2011年3月,120例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为两组,对照组60例仅采用常规治疗,治疗组60例在对照组基础上给予阿德福韦酯、灵芝胶囊治疗,对比观察两组的临床疗效.结果 与治疗前比较,两组治疗后ALT、AST和TB水平明显下降（P均〈0.05）,ALB水平明显上升（P〈0.05）;治疗组AST复常率、HBeAg和HBV-DNA阴转率明显高于对照组（P均〈0.05）.与治疗前比较,两组治疗后HA、LN、PC-Ⅲ和C-IV水平明显下降（P均〈0.05）;治疗组HA、PC-Ⅲ复常率明显高于对照组（P均〈0.05）.治疗组胆囊壁增厚阳性率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论 阿德福韦酯联合灵芝胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎能够明显改善肝功能,降低肝纤维化程度,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To observe the efficacy of adefovir dipivoxil combined with glossy ganoderma capsule in the treat- ment of chronic hepatitis B. Methods From January 2009 to March 2011, 120 cases of patients with chronic hepatitis B were classified into two groups, the control group of 60 cases were treated with normal therapy and the observation group of 60 cases were treated with adefovir dipivoxil combined with glossy ganoderma capsule at the basis on the control group. The effect between the two groups were compared. Results Compared with pre-treatment, the levels of ALT, AST and TB were significantly de- creased（P 〈0.05 ）, levels of ALB were significantly increased（P 〈0.05 ）. Moreover, the return to normal rate of AST in treat- ment group was significantly higher than that in control group（P 〈 0.05）. The return to negative rate of HBeAg and HBV-DNA in treatment group was significantly higher than those in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared with pre-treatment, the levels of HA, LN, PC-III and C-IV were significantly decreased （P 〈 0.05 ）. Moreover, the return to normal rates of HA and PC-m in treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The positive rate of gallbladder wall thickening in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Adefovir dipivoxil combined with glossy gano- derma capsule in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B could improve liver function, degrade liver fibrosis degree.
