摘要
目的探讨胰腺癌组织18F-FDG PET/CT SUV摄取值与肿瘤预后的关系。方法回顾性分析我院2009年10月~2011年12月期间接受18F-FDG PET/CT检查的37例胰腺癌患者资料,测量其SUVmax摄取值。以SUVmax值3.5为分界点,将患者分为两组。采用Kaplan-Meier法绘制生存曲线并判断SUVmax值对胰腺癌预后的影响。结果 SUVmax≥3.5患者的生存时间明显低于SUVmax<3.5患者(P<0.001)。结论胰腺癌组织的18F-FDG PET/CT SUV摄取值与肿瘤的预后密切相关。
Objective To study the relationship between the 18 F-FDG PET/CT imaging standard uptake value (SUV) and prognosis in pancreatic cancer. Methods 37 cases of pancreatic cancer patients in our hospital between October 2009 and De- cember 2011 with complete data were retrospectively analyzed . The PET/CT SUV value was recorded. All patients were divided into two groups depending on the demarcation point of SUV values of 3.5. Kaplan-Meier model was used to study the factors influ- encing the prognosis of patients with pancreatic cancer. Results Single factor analysis revealed that the negative correlation was found between the SUV value and life cycle. Patients' SUV values smaller than 3.5. were related to long-term survival rate (P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusion 18F-FDG PET/CT SUV value is the key to prognosis of pancreatic cancer patients.
