成都城区人群高尿酸血症与代谢综合征的流行病调查

The epidemic investigation of hyperurcemia and metabolic syndrome in Chengdu area

目的了解成都城区居民代谢综合征(MS)及高尿酸血症(HUA)的发病率、在人群中的分布规律。方法调查在四川大学华西医院进行健康体检的受检者的MS及HUA相关流行病学信息。结果成都地区成年人HUA和MS患病率分别为18.88%和8.56%;随着年龄增长,HUA及MS的患病率随之增高,男性患病率均高于女性。结论成都地区MS的患病率低于全国平均水平,成都地区的HUA发病率处在全国各地区中的较高水平。男性MS及HUA的患病率明显高于女性。

Objective To make certain the prevalence rate of metabolic syndrome （MS） and hyperurcemia （HUA） in Chengdu area and the distribution law of the two diseases. Methods Investigate the epidemic information of people who did health examinations in our hospital. Results HUA/MS adult prevalence rate in Chengdu was 18.88%/8.56%. The male preva- lence rate was higher than female. Conclusion MS prevalence rate in Chengdu was lower than other areas in China;HUA preva- lence rate in Chengdu was in a high lever in China. The male adult MS/HUA prevalence rate was higher than female.
