摘要 目的 研究危重患者液体平衡与血液脑钠肽浓度的变化是否相关.方法 采集2012年5月~2013年5月收入我科的165位危重患者的BNP检查数据,记录患者对应时间段的名义出量和入量.结果 危重患者的液体平衡与血液脑钠肽浓度变化之间仅存在微弱的相关性,r=0.149,P=0.001(Pearson correlation,2-tailed).结论 液体平衡对容量负荷/BNP水平的影响是复杂的,液体治疗时应该考虑到这种复杂性. Objective To investigate whether fluid balance was correlated with the change of blood brain natriuretic pep- tide(BNP) concentration in critically ill patients. Methods From May, 2012 to May, 2013, nominal fluid balances and BNP levels of 165 critically ill patients were recorded and analyzed. Results Fluid balance was weakly correlated with the change of blood BNP concentration in critically ill patients, r = 0. 149, P = 0. 001 ( pearson correlation, 2-tailed). Conclusion Fluid bal- ance has complex impact on the change of blood BNP concentration. This complexity should be taken into consideration when giv- ing fluid therapy.
