鼻内镜治疗鼻内翻乳头状瘤68例临床分析

Clinical analysis of the nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of 68 patients with nasal inverted papilloma

目的 探讨鼻内镜治疗鼻内翻乳头状瘤的临床疗效.方法 选取2009年1月~2012年6月于本院采用单纯鼻内镜手术进行治疗的68例患者为观察组,同期采用鼻侧切开术进行治疗的68例患者为对照组,然后将两组患者的出血量、手术时间、住院时间、并发症发生率、不同分级复发率、术后疼痛及满意度进行比较.结果 观察组出血量小于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,并发症发生率及不同分级的复发率均低于对照组,术后疼痛程度及满意度均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,而两组的手术时间差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 鼻内镜治疗鼻内翻乳头状瘤的临床疗效优于鼻侧切开术,更利于患者的术后康复及更受患者欢迎.

Objective To study the clinical effect of nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of patients with nasal in- verted papilloma. Methods 68 patients with nasal inverted papilloma who were treated with nasal endoscopic surgery in our hospi- tal from January 2009 to June 2012 were selected as observation group, and 68 cases who were treated with lateral rhinotomy were selected as control group, then the blood loss, operation time, hospitalization time, incidence of complications, recurrence rate with different stages,pain degree after the operation and satisfaction rate of two groups were compared. Results The blood loss of ob- servation groups was less than that of control group, hospitalization time was shorter than that of control group, incidence of compli- cations and recurrence rate with different stages were lower than those of control group, pain degree after the operation and satisfac- tion rate were all better than those of control group, all P 〈 0. 05, there were all significant differences, while the operation time of two groups had no significant differences,P 〉 0.05. Conclusion The clinical effect of nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of patients with nasal inverted papilloma is better than that of lateral rhinotomy, and it is good for the convalescence and is more wel- comed to the patients.
