摘要
目的 研究夫西地酸对临床分离的葡萄球菌的体外抗菌作用,为夫西地酸的临床合理应用提供依据.方法 采用琼脂二倍稀释法测定夫西地酸的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),以夫西地酸的MIC为基础,根据抗生素后效应理论,应用光密度法测定了夫西地酸对1株ATCC 29213、2株表面葡萄球菌和4株金黄色葡萄球菌(包括2株耐甲氧西林的金黄色葡萄球菌和2株甲氧西林敏感的金黄色葡萄球菌)的体外PAE.结果 87.7%的葡萄球菌对夫西地酸敏感,耐药菌主要为耐甲氧西林的凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌;夫西地酸对上述7株葡萄球菌的抗生素后效应(PAE)的范围为0.14~1.54 h.结论 夫西地酸对各种葡萄球菌,包括耐甲氧西林的金葡菌具有良好的抗菌作用;夫西地酸对葡萄球菌具有较短的PAE,且随药物浓度的不同,PAE也不一样.
Objective To investigate the vitro antibacterial effects of fusidic acid against Staphylococcus spp. Methods The MICs of fusidic acid agents were determined by the standard two-fold agar dilution method. According to the MIC of fusidic acid and the theory of MIC, the invitro post antibiotic effect of fusidic against ATCC29213, 2 strains of Staphylococcus epidermidis and 4 strains of Staphylococcus aureus(two strains of MRSA and two strains of MSSA) were determined by means of measurement of transmittance using BIO-RAD SmartSpec plus. Results 87.7% strains of Staphylococcus spp. were susceptible to fusidic acid and majority of the resistant strains were coagulase negative isolates, the MIC range for the seven S. aureus strains for fusidic acid was 0. 14 - 1.54h. Conclusions Fusidic acid is an effective antibacterial agent against methicillin resistant and methicillin sus- ceptible Staphylococcus spp ;fusidic acid had a small post antibiotic influence against Staphylococcus spp. The PAE were different with the difference of concentration.
