YLD-200输卵管通液诊疗仪在子宫输卵管造影中的临床应用

目的探讨YLD-200输卵管通液诊疗仪在子宫输卵管造影中的临床应用价值。方法收集548例不孕症患者的子宫输卵营造影资料,造影剂均使用碘海醇,其中286例使用YLD-200输卵管通液诊疗仪推注,262例采用传统人工床旁推注,比较两者在子宫输卵管造影中的显影情况与不良反应。结果 YLD-200输卵管通液诊疗仪推注和传统人工床旁推注,两者平均显影时间无明显差异;YLD-200输卵管通液诊疗仪推注较传统人工床旁推注散布更均匀(P<0.05);YLD-200输卵管通液诊疗仪推注组不良反应明显低于传统人工床旁推注组(P<0.05)。结论 YLD-200输卵管通液诊疗仪在子宫输卵管造影时,在显影情况与不良反应方面均优于传统人工推注,有明显优越性。

Objective To investigate the clinical application of the YLD-200 hydrotubation treatment instrument in hys- terosalpingography. Method Collect the hysterosalpingography data of the 548 cases of patients with infertility , contrast agent io- hexol were used, among them the 286 cases use the YLD-200 hydrotubation treatment instrument for infusion, the 262 cases use the traditional artificial bedside infusion, compare in The developing situation and adverse reaction of hysterosalpingography utero- salpingography in them. Results Both in the developing and the adverse reaction have statistical significance at（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Con- clusion The developing situation and adverse reaction with th YLD-200 hydrotubation treatment instrument in hysterosalpingogra- phy was superior to the traditional manual injection and obviously superiority.
