Logistic regression analysis of the risk factors of plantar warts

目的 探讨跖疣发病的危险因素,为预防跖疣的发生提供科学依据.方法 采用病例对照研究的方法,收集我科2011～2012年跖疣患者和健康志愿者各120例,通过单因素分析和Binary Logistic回归分析进行危险因素分析.结果 足底多汗和家族因素是跖疣发生的危险因素.结论 跖疣的发病可能具有遗传易感性;保持足底的清洁干爽对跖疣的发生具有一定的预防作用.

Objective To explore the risk factors of plantar warts. Methods A case-control study was performed be- tween 120 patients from dermatological clinic and healthy volunteers during 2011 and 2012, the selection of major risk factors was analysised through univariate analysis and Binary Logistic regression analysis. Results Plantar hyperhidrosis, family history were the risk factors. Conclusion Positive controling hyperhidrosis and keep the feets clean and dry might be a preventive effect from plantar warts.
