摘要
目的 自我管理教育模式在腹膜透析患者中的应用效果.方法 选取2011年9月~2012年9月我科进行腹膜透析的终末期肾病患者20例,采取自我管理教育干预6个月.结果 自我管理教育模式应用6个月后,UV、总排钠、透析液排钠、总体液清除指标优于干预前,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预前自我管理能力评分(6.82±0.91),干预后为(8.56±0.84);干预前自我效能评分为(6.15±2.27),干预后为(7.86±1.07).对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 自我管理教育模式可以提高腹膜透析患者的自我管理能力,改善其健康状况.
Objective To explore effects of self-management education mode in peritoneal dialysis patients. Methods During September 2011 and September 2012,20 peritoneal dialysis patients with ESRD were selected, every patient was gave the self-management education for 6 months. Results After six months education, the dialysis adequacy of the patients were signifi- cantly promoted(P 〈0. 05). The self-management ability and self-efficacy level of the patients were significantly increased (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Self-management education mode could improve peritoneal dialysis patients' self-management skills, and their health status.
