左旋氨氯地平治疗老年高血压的临床研究

The clinical study of benzenesulfonic levamlodipine for elderly patients with hypertension

目的观察左旋氨氯地平对老年高血压患者远期终点事件的影响。方法将1100例原发性高血压老年患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各550例。对照组给予常规非钙拮抗剂类降压药物治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平,观察患者服药2年期间血压的控制情况及终点事件的发生情况。结果治疗组和对照组脑卒中发生率、卒中死亡发生率、心血管死亡率差异无统计学意义;全因死亡率分别为4.2%和7.1%,P=0.037。结论苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平可降低老年高血压患者的全因死亡率。

Objective To observe the effect of benzenesulfonic levamlodipine on endpoint events in elderly patients with hypertension. Methods A total of 1100 patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into the treatment group （n = 550） and the control group （n =550）, The control group were received only conventional antihypertensive drugs while patients in the treatment group were received conventional antihypertensive drugs plus benzenesulfonic levamlodipine. The blood pressure and occurrence of endpoint events were evaluated during 2 years of observation. Results Among patients in this cohort, the oc- currence of stroke, the incidence of stroke deaths, the cardiovascular mortality was similar in the treatment and the control groups P 〉 0. 05. However, all-cause mortality of patients in the treatment group was significantly decreased （4. 2% vs 7.1%, P = 0. 037）. Conclusion Benzenesulfonic levamlodipine could decrease the all-cause mortality of elderly patients with hypertension.
