一次性脉搏氧饱和度探头临床应用的护理观察

Nursing observation of the clinical application of disposable pulse oxygen saturation probe

目的观察一次性脉搏氧饱和度(SpO2)探头在临床中的应用效果。方法将患者200例,随机分为试验组和对照组各100例,对照组采用心电监护仪配置的永久性探头,试验组采用一次性脉搏氧饱和度探头监测SpO2。观察两组患者在监测过程中,SpO2精确性、患者感受舒适性、医院交叉感染发生率、成本核算等情况。结果①准确性:试验组高于对比组,两组间差异具有统计学意义(Ρ<0.05);②舒适性:试验组明显优于对照组,两组间差异具有统计学意义(Ρ<0.05);③医院内交叉感染发生率:对照组明显高于试验组,两组间差异具有统计学意义(Ρ<0.05);④成本核算:试验组明显低于对照组(Ρ<0.05)。结论一次性脉搏氧饱和度探头能够提高SpO2监测的准确性、舒适性,降低医院感染发生率及科室成本。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of disposable pulse oxygen saturation （SpOz ） probe. Methods Confignrated permanent probes of electrocardiogram monitor were employed in the control group and disposable pulse oxygen satu- ration probes were adopted in the experimental group during monitoring of SpO2. The SpO2 accuracy, comfort, hospital cross-in- fection incidence and cost accounting were observed in the monitoring process. Results （2） Accuracy： there was statistically sig- nificant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）. （2）Comfort： statistically significant differences were observed between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）. （3）Compared to the experimental group, cross-infection rates in hospitals were significantly high in the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. （4） Cost accounting： it was significantly lower in the experimental group than that in the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Disposable pulse oximetry probes could improve the accuracy of the Sp02 monitoring, comfort, and reduce hospital infection rates and department costs.
