摘要
目的研究建立人睑板腺癌动物模型的方法,对比不同的方法对成瘤率的影响,为睑板腺癌的体内实验提供平台。方法分别采用细胞悬液法和组织块移植法接种人睑板腺癌于BALB/C裸鼠体内,细胞悬液组和组织块组各接种裸鼠30只。观察两组移植瘤的成瘤率及生物学特性。结果细胞悬液组成瘤率为20%,组织块组为46.7%。结论组织块法较细胞悬液法成瘤率高,与原发肿瘤生物相似度接近,组织块移植法是建立人睑板腺癌动物模型的理想方法。
Objective To compare of the two ways to establish animal model of human mebomian gland carcinoma. Methods 60 nude mice, which applied with the SPF grade standard by national health department, were divided into 2 groups: cell group and tissue group, 30 mice in each. Nature of transplantation tumor including formation, growth and size were observed. Results The tumor formation rate was 20% in cell group and 46, 67% in tissue group. Conclusion The ration of the tumor growth was higher in tissue group than that in cell group. Tissue transplant method might be an ideal method to establish the ani- mal model of human meibomian gland carcinoma.
