静滴人免疫球蛋白治疗重症毛细支气管炎的临床疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的 观察静滴人免疫球蛋白治疗重症毛细支气管炎的临床疗效.方法 选取2010年6月~2013年6月在我院治疗的113例重症毛细支气管炎患者按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=55)和观察组(n=58).对照组给予吸氧、口服沙丁胺醇、雾化吸入糖皮质激素常规治疗;观察组在常规治疗的基础上静滴人免疫球蛋白400mg/(kg·d),治疗时间为5d.统计并比较两组患者咳嗽、喘憋、呼吸困难缓解、湿啰音消失和住院时间的差异.结果 观察组咳嗽、喘憋、呼吸困难缓解、湿啰音消失和住院时间均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论 静滴人免疫球蛋白能有效改善重症毛细支气管炎患者临床症状,值得临床推广. Objective To observate the clinical effect of human normal immunoglobulin in treating severe capillary bron- chitis. Methods 113 cases severe capillary bronchitis patients between June 2010 and June 2013 in our hospital selected and di- vided into control group (n = 55) and observation group (n = 58). The control group given conventional treatment including oxy- gen, oral albuterol, atomizing inhaled glucocorticoids, while the observation group intravenoused human normal immunoglobulin [ 400mg/(kg, d) ], treatment for 5 days on the basis of conventional treatment. Statisticaling and comparing cough, asthma sup- press and breathing difficulties remission, moist rale disappear and being in hospital time of control group and observation group. Results Compared with control group, cough, asthma suppress and breathing difficulties remission, moist rale disappear and be- ing in hospital time of observation group better significantly (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Intravenousing human normal immunoglobu- lin can improve clinical symptoms in patients with severe capillary bronchitis, is worth popularizing in clinical application.
