Practice and effect of high-quality nursing services implement in anorectal surgical wards

目的探讨肛肠外科开展优质护理服务的方法与效果,提高护理质量。方法根据肛肠外科特点,加强专科护理文化建设,改进病房管理模式,优化服务流程,关注细节服务,实施个性化服务,通过对患者、医生满意度及护理质量的调查评估,作为优质护理服务成效的依据。结果护士工作主动性增强,患者、家属及医生对护理人员工作满意度明显提高,各项护理质量检查合格率明显上升,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开展优质护理服务可以提高护士工作主动性、护理质量以及提高医生和患者对护理工作满意度。

Objective To explore the methods and effects of implementing high-quality nursing services in anorectal sur- gical wards for improving the quality of nursing. Methods Based on the characteristics of anorectal surgical, the following meas- ures were taken, improving management mode, optimizing the process of service, attention to the details in nursing service, and to implement personalized service. The effects of high-quality nursing services judged by the quality of nursing and the degree of doc- tor and patients. Results The work initiative of nurse and the degree of satisfaction for doctors, patients and the parents are in- creased. The qualified rates of nursing increased significantly （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Offering high-quality nursing service Could increase the work initiative of nurse and quality of nursing. Increased the degree of satisfaction both in doctors and patients.
